Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all items ordered from this site. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.


We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order. 

Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of these web pages are owned or controlled by Sassi. In accessing this web site and its pages, you agree that you may not download the content. You are not permitted to copy, download, store, transmit, show in public, adapt or change in any way the content of Sassi's web pages for any purpose without the prior written permission of Sassi.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and you will be advised of any price variations prior to shipment and will have the right to cancel your order.

All items are usually despatched within 2 days. In the unlikely event that they have become unavailable/ have been damaged prior to dispatch you will be advised as soon as possible and a refund will be given.  Should there be a delay in dispatch you will be advised and can cancel your order if required.

​

All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected.

​

Contracts between you and Sassi shall be governed by English Law, and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Delivery

How We Do It

Normal Delivery: £3.95   - Royal mail

Local Delivery:  £1.50 - Witney, Carterton, Hailey, Bampton, Filkins, Ducklington, North leigh, Aston, Alvescot, Brize Norton, Burford, Crawley, Minster Lovell. Stanton Harcourt, Standlake.

We will of course send your items as soon as we can, however please allow 7 working days for delivery.  Orders placed at the weekend will not be processed until the Monday (Tuesday in the case of a bank holiday).

Our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect and use your personal information and what your individual data protection and privacy rights are. This Privacy Policy was last updated on 23rd august 2018.

Right of Access


You may wish to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you - known as a Subject Access Request.  You can do so by ringing, writing to or emailing our team. We will respond to your Subject Access Request as soon as possible and, in any event, within the statutory 30 days.  However, in the event that we need more information from you to verify your identity, which we must do to ensure we disclose your personal data to the right person, the 30 day response period will only commence from the time that we have validated your identity.

If you believe we have made an error as to the personal data we hold about you, please speak to one of our customer service advisors who will be able to process the correction for you.

Our Return Policys

How It Works

Instore Returns:

For any purchases made in our boutique we will happily issue a credit note or exchange for any unworn items that have the original tags attached and are in a re-saleable condition within 21 days from the date of purchase (7 days with sale items). Earings and fascinators are not returnable. This does not affect your statuary rights.

Please note!

Our in store staff cannot process any internet order refunds as our internet business in run from a separate system.

Online Purchases:

​

We hope that you love your purchases however if you want to return anything....no problem!.  Please do so within 14 days. We will issue a refund provided that the goods are returned inline with our policy.

​

Please note that items must be returned unworn with all of the tags attached and intact. Goods returned must be undamaged & in their original and undamaged packaging, complete, free from makeup, odour, & perfume. If goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition we have the right to refuse your refund and send the item back at your cost.

​

Any shoes returned must be unworn and returned in their original box (if boxed supplied).

​

For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear or Fascinators.

Please post your return to Sassi, 46 High Street, Witney, Oxford, OX28 6HQ.  Be sure to enclose your returns form so we can allocate this to the correct account and we would advise you to always obtain a proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post.  If you have lost your returns please download one below.

You also have the right to cancel your contract/order with us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
