The Answers You Need
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We do sell gift vouchers, however currently these can only be used in our Witney boutique in person and can not be redeemed online. You can however buy a gift voucher online to be sent by post for you or a friend to use later in store. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, are beautifully printed and make the perfect gift. Our boutique is in Witney , Oxfordshire so obviously gift vouchers are only open to people who live locally to our High Street boutique or are able to travel to it.
Can I exchange an item
We can offer an exchange if you require a different size or colour of the same item. This can only happen when we have the alternative item you require in stock at the time of processing your return. Please indicate your preference for a exchange on your returns form. We will of course endeavour to send you the exchange you require, if this is not possible we will refund you.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and pay pal
What happens if I have been sent the wrong item or the item is faulty?
Opps!! Sorry if on the very rare occasion this has happened...Please just return the item(s), indicate on your returns form that this has happened and we will where possible send the correct items out to you..obviously at no additional charge to yourself.
Can I take returns back to the shop?
You may drop off your returns parcel but our boutique staff can not process any returns in store as our online business is run on a separate system.
The items I want is out of stock, Will you be getting more?
There is no clear answer to this as our stock levels are constantly changing, however let us know the item you want and we will of course do our best to source this for you.
